After years of local and network television news, Jacque decided to step out on her own creating Jacque Reid Media. Jacque Reid Media provides a number of media outlets with content. Some of her clients include "The AR Bernard Show", a Christian television news magazine show, television network TV One and nationally syndicated radio shows "The Tom Joyner Morning Show" and 'Keeping It Real with Rev. Al Sharpton.

Jacque has interviewed luminaries such as Presidents George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Patty Labelle, Tom Cruise, Will Smith, Jamie Foxx and Beyonce. She served as co-host for TV One's 2008 Presidential election specials. And in 2004, she served as a special correspondent and commentator for CNN's Larry King Live covering the 2004 Republican National Convention.

In 2006-07 Jacque also served as a regular co-host for ABC's "The View", gracing the couch with the ladies on six different occasions. She had an opportunity to interview Ed Norton, Kerry Washington, Chris Rock, Cyndi Lauper and others.

In March 2006, Jacque made her acting debut in a celebrity performance of The Vagina Monologues at The Apollo Theater featuring Kerry Washington (Ray), Alysia Reiner (Sideways) and Michelle Williams (Destiny's Child).

She aims to shake that comfortable notion of what a news personality does, and she's just getting started.
