Joey says 8 niggas ran up on him at the Rock the Bells show and put trademarks around his fuckin' eye, before forcing him to say he's sorry.
According to the nigga-net, Budden was streaming some footage for Joe Budden TV when Raekwon and about 8 goons ran up -- with camera rolling -- and stepped to him.
I knew something like this would happen when Joe did that interview and said he and Mef were cool, "but if any of them other niggas opened their mouth" that he would do what he had to do. Shit sounded like a threat to me.

According to sources within the Icewater camp, the motive behind the confrontation was this video that Joe posted right after his talk with Meth [NOTE: there is some debate as to when exactly the video below was recorded. Rae's camp felt it was after the Meth-Joe chat. But Joe says it was prior]…as well as Joe’s “No Comment” record, which Raekwon perceived to include subliminal shots towards him.

Am I wrong for finding this whole shit-talking-leading-to-ass-whuppin' scenario fuckin' hilarious? You can't just go around disrespecting niggas, Joey. Whether you meant it as disrespect or not, niggas certainly took it that way.
Fortunately, nobody got arrested over this thing, and Joe Budden is really none the worse for wear. He apparently only took one eye-jammie from the sea of goons that confronted him and walked away needing nothing more than an icepack.
There are a lot more details to this ongoing story, but I simply don't have enough energy or interest to follow it all. Plus, this ain't no damn gossip site. I already feel guilty for spending this much time talking about it.

After reading Jeezy's unprovoked insults in that XXL article, it seems like the guy's pretty emotional if u ask me! Maybe he's dealing wit some things in his career, I don't know. He did an interview a few months back with Elliott Wilson on rapradar.com and said the total opposite! He was talkin bout, "Drams the homie and we may work together again, etc". Now I've never spoken on our issues because I believe grown man business is just that, and running to the media to whine is not my thing.
Most importantly, his statement about me trying to charge him $20k for a mixtape is a BOLD FACE LIE. I never charged Jeezy for nuthin'. I did 2 Slick Pulla tapes (4th Ward Day, Election Day) for free and a Bloodraw tape (The Indictment Papers) for free. Anything Jeezy ever needed from me, I did without hesitation. He doesn't want to deal with the real reason why he's mad.
The tension between us actually started when I deejayed his USDA release party (FOR FREE) and I played a Gucci Mane record. He stormed out of his own party and didn't speak to me for about 2-3 months. Me being a DJ, I was just rockin' the crowd and giving the people what they had been requesting. I don't get involved in that other stuff.
I could go deeper into his angry reaction to me working with Gucci but, again, I'm a stand-up guy. I'm loyal to those who are loyal to me. I'm not even thinkin bout Jeezy. Why all the tough talk to the dj who doesn't say nothin to him but he doesn't say nothin tough to the rappers that diss him like Pimp C?
I was shocked by his cowardly attempt to try to slander my name in the upcoming XXL article. And what's the most shocking is to see him side with the FEDs in my arrest! Wow, since when did that become gangster?!? I'm chillin, never said nuthin' negative about dude. Check his character...or better yet, ask those around him that he's done dirty. Ask the folks who ain't with him anymore, like Coach K, Twin, his former security Big Sam, or my homie Roccett...

In an interview with UK OG Tim Westwood, Shawn Corey finally addresses his little "situation" with one Chuck Taylor.

He didn't diss him the first time, but this here was DEFINITELY a diss (and a deserved one, 'cause I'm kinda tired of Game's Stan-ism rearing it's ugly head over and over again), so I'm sure we can expect Young Jayceon to take even more shots at Hov'. The good part about that is, a lot of those diss records will probably be dope. Even with his repeated acts of bitchassness, Game is still a beast on that mic and seems to feed off beef.
Jay - in usual Jay fashion - probably won't say anything else about it. Which, of course, will only make Game go harder 'cause he's obviously starved for attention.
Guess we'll have to wait and see exactly what happens.
